*Note: Any procedures or testing performed during your office visit is an additional cost to the $120 office visit. This will be discussed with the patient prior to the procedure or test being performed.
*HSA and FSA accounts can be used to pay for all services we offer including the monthly memberships.
Diagnostic testing
- Rapid COVID Test: $45 each
- Rapid Flu test: $30 each
- Rapid strep test: $30 each
- Urinalysis: $25 each
- TB skin testing: $30 each
- Wholesale labs: Call for list (ranging from $6 – $30 each)
- Pregnancy test (blood or urine): $50 each
- Urine drug screen: $65 each
Injections & Vaccines
- Rocephin injection: $30
- Flu vaccine: $40
- Steroid Injection: $20
- Phenergan injection: $30
- Trigger point injection: $35
- Large joint injection: $80 per joint
Procedures & treatments
- Laceration repair with sutures: $250
- Suture removal: $30
- Staple removal: $50
- Incision and drainage of an abscess: $150
- Cryotherapy for wart removal or other skin conditions: $60 per wart or skin condition removed (includes 3 visits 1 week apart)
- Skin tag removal: $50-first 5 / $10 for each additional one after 5
